LIMA BEANS/ MUSHROOM

1   pk. frozen lima beans

1   can sliced mushrooms

1 tbsp. butter

1/2 cup chicken stock

1/2 cup milk

1 tbsp. sherry wine

2   tbsp. flour

    Salt & pepper

 

Cook beans & drain.   

Sauté' mushrooms in butter, drain saving liquid.   

Melt 2  tbsp. butter in liquid then stir in flour.   

Blend well & pour in milk & chicken stock.   

Season to taste.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.    

This may be served Au Gratin by covering with bread crumbs & then placed under broiler heat to brown .
