1   box chocolate chip cake mix

2  eggs beaten

 1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/2  stick butter (melted)

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 cup nuts (chop)

Mix all of the above & press in 9x13" baking pan, set aside.

1  8 oz. cream cheese (soft)

1  8 oz bag of chocolate chips

1  tsp. vanilla

1  box  confectioner sugar

2 eggs (beaten)

1/2  cup nuts (chopped)

Mix well & pour over the ingredients that are in the pan.

Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes

 LET COMPLETELY COOL before cutting in squares!
