OVEN FRIED CATFISH

1  lb. catfish fillets

3  egg whites (beaten)

3  dashes Worcestershire

4  dashes La. Ready Hot Sauce

3  cups corn flakes (crushed)

Season fish & dip in a mixture of egg whites, hot pepper & Worcestershire .  

Coat fish in the corn flakes & place in a baking pan that is sprayed with nonstick.    

Bake in a 350 deg. oven for 25 minutes .
