PAN FRIED SALMON

1   lb. salmon fillets

1   tsp. olive oil

1   cup fresh mushrooms (slice)

1   tomato (chopped)

1   clove garlic (minced)

1/2 tbsp. dill weed

1/2 tbsp. basil

 

Heat oil over medium heat, sauté mushrooms, tomato & garlic for 4 to 5 minutes.     

Season fish with lemon pepper, dill & basil

Cook in a large skillet 7-8 minutes , turn & top with lemon slices and the cooked vegetables.    

Cook 6 to 7 minutes more until fish flakes well.
