RED FISH DIP

3 cups boiled fish (flaked)

1  8 oz. packs grated Swiss cheese

1  pt. half & half

3/4  stk. butter

1/2  cup dry sherry

3 tbsp. flour

8  green onions (chopped)

Saute chopped onions in butter, add flour & blend well.

Add half & half, stir until thickened.   

Add grated cheese, stir in until melted.

Add flaked fish & mix.    

Add sherry & dash of red pepper.

Put in a buttered dish & top with crumbs. 

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
