SEAFOOD GUMBO

1-1/2 lb.  peeled shrimp tails

1   can crab meat

1   lb. fish (cut in small pieces)

6   cleaned crabs

2   large yellow onions (chopped)

4   pods garlic (chopped)

1   bell pepper (chopped)

1/2   cup parsley (chopped)

4   green onions (chopped)

3   quarts water 

 

    Add yellow onion, garlic & bell pepper to roux, sauté for 8 to 10 minutes.      

Slowly add 3 quarts of HOT water, stir & add Tony's to taste.       

Cook 10 minutes more then add crabs, crab meat & fish.  

Cook 45 to 60 minutes then add shrimp, parsley & green onions, continue cooking 25 to 30 minutes.

 

NOTE :Oysters may be added the last 5 minutes if desired.

OF COURSE SERVE OVER RICE WITH A LITTLE FILE`SPRINKLED ON .
