SHRIMP OLIVER

1-1/2   lb. peeled shrimp tails

1/2   cup butter, melted

2  tbsp. onion finely chopped

4   cloves garlic, minced

1-1/2  tbsp. parsley, chopped

1/2  tsp. La Ready Hot

1/4      tsp. cayenne pepper

 dash of paprika

1 tbsp. flour

1 tbsp. water

3 tbsp. white wine

1-1/2 tsp. salt

   cooked flat egg noodles

 

Melt butter in 2 quart dish.  

Sauté onion & garlic on high heat  2 to 3 minutes.  

Add shrimp, parsley. paprika, La Ready Hot & pepper.  

Cover, cook on high 10 minutes or until shrimp are pink & tender.

Stir a couple of times.   

Stir in flour, water, wine & salt, cook several minutes more until mixture thickens.   

Serve over cooked egg noodles that have been tossed with butter and Parmesan cheese.
