YELLOW SQUASH  CASSEROLE

 

8   yellow squash (sliced)

1   yellow onion (chopped)

1/3   stk. butter

1   cup American cheese (grated)

Cook squash & onion in a small amount of water, drain,  add utter.    

Reheat, add cheese & top with bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 degs. until crumbs are brown.
