Beginning Calendar

1. July 30 th Sunday –
1. 250 Lbs Hog should be purchased 2 weeks before the event (about July 12 th ) Charlie has an in to obtain hog. Needs to be killed, then hung for seasoning after skinned.
2. Beans, pickles, condiments and chips for supplement.
3. Order Beer by the keg (32 Gal should be enough)
4. State Beer permit should be obtained for that only at least two weeks in advance (12th – 14 th of July).
5. Three tents, Charlie and Randy said they could get them. Cost?
6. Tables and chairs – Todd says he can get both from his work.
7. Charlie can get hold of Bobbie Watkins Carioqui.

1. May 4 th Thursday Presentation of year awards ( 25, 35, and 50). This is Business meeting night. There will be a slight repast after the meeting.

 

2. May 18th Thursday - Past Masters night
1. Dinner at 5:45 PM
2. Newt, Charlie and Randy will prep dinner.

 

3. June 18th Sunday – Pancake Feed at Cooper Farm.
Start preparation at 5:30 AM
2. Feed to start at 8:00 AM
3. Charlie is the head of the Pancake feed, everyone helps.

 

4. Wives Meeting - With Program on Business meeting Night.- Possibly both October and November. The program will take place while we meet.

 

5. Third Thursday of every month we will have a conference of all members using The Continuous and Individual Floor Working manuals along with the Ceremonies manual. Our first meeting will be April 18 and as many third Thursdays of every month as we are able. Barring any complications. The subject of our first meeting will be on Protocol training.

 

6. December – Chili and Lights, The final day of the month has not been acquired at this time, but will be forth coming. How ever we know that we would like to start out at the Capitol Lodge with some type of a hot drink and finger food. Then get into a limo or small bus, go view the Christmas lights and return to the Lodge.
