Shipping  Information

 

All non local Shipping is done ONLY threw Delta Pet First, do not ask us to ship USPS , it is illegal and I will not take the risk of my birds being left overnight at a post office or handled innappropriately.  There is a cost of $150 dollars for shipping which includes a carrier that has been converted with food and water bowls a perch and I ususally add a toy also. This is above the price of the bird(s). You will be notified of the reservation and date of birds to be flown in- birds MUST be picked up same day for live delivery guarantee* to be viable. If you are in the Hampton Roads Area of Virginia I can have birds delivered for a small fee .

Button Quail  and eggs do not apply to this and CAN be shipped USPS priority for eggs, overnight for live birds- please see button quail page for more information on shipping and costs.

* Live Delivery Guarantee- All of our birds are guaranteed to arrive alive and in listed condition- if they are not you MUST notifiy me within 12 hours and I will reimburse you for the cost of the bird only- you MUST prove this with pictures and a vet certificate of death within 72 hours of reason why the bird did not survive. To date I have shipped for 3 years with no issues.
