Funeral services were conducted last Saturday for John Munderloh, and old-time settler in this community and esteemed resident of Bancroft for a number of years. Following brief rites at the home of the departed, services were conducted in St. Paul's Lutheran Church, the Rev. W E. Homann officiating. Mr. Arthur Kollmorgen, principal of Zion Lutheran School, served as organist. St. Paul's Ladies Choir enhanced the services wit the singing of "Abide With Me." A large attendance, many floral pieces and memorials dedicated to his memory bore witness of the high esteem in which Mr. Munderloh was held by his relatives and friends. His six sons served as pallbearers. Internment was made in the family lot on the local cemetery.
