The Ocean State Amateur Radio Group is a club
dedicated to Ham Radio
enthusiasts from the greater Rhode Island area, including
south eastern
Massachusetts, and nearby Connecticut.
OSARG is a non-profit corporation founded in 1969 for
the purpose of
Extended Range of Amateur Radio Communications as a
benefit to
all licensed radio amateurs and the public.
We operate on 146.700
Mhz(K1CR) with no PL tone. The repeater is
located
in Cranston, R.I. This machine has fantastic coverage.
We maintain an 'open repeater'
policy for use by all hams. An Auto-Patch is
available for members.
