The Brass Choir is made up of various members of the Trumpet, French Horn, Baritone, Trombone, and Tuba sections. Practices are as needed, usually once prior to a performance. This group performs at a number of events which do not require the full band. Christmas can be a busy time since the Brass Choir normally performs Christmas Carols to welcome Santa to Papillion (Papillion's Olde German Christmas), provide music between each Church Choir performance at the annual Community Carol Concert, and dinner "entertainment" for local service organizations.
The Dixieland Band consists of a Trumpet, Trombone, Clarinet, Sax, Percussion, and Keyboard. This versatile group has played annually at the Papillion Lions Club Spaghetti Feed, providing entertainment for the "diners." They have also performed for residents of Papillion Manor and their families for their Fourth of July Celebration. The Dixieland Band is often featured during the PAC Band summer concerts.
