The Paloma PTA sponsors the Reflections
Program, in conjunction with the National PTA Reflections Program.
To volunteer, contact a board member. Make sure you sign in at the front office
every time you volunteer at the school.
The following volunteers are needed each year to ensure the success
of this program:
- Reflections Program Coordinator
This person is responsible for organizing all aspects of the
Reflections Program with the exception of judging.
This person MAY be the parent or teacher of a program entrant.
- Reflections Program Judging Coordinator
This person is responsible for organizing the judging for the
Reflections Program. This person MAY NOT be the parent or teacher
of a program entrant, but MAY be the parent or teacher of other Paloma
students.
- Reflections Program Judges
Judges are needed for each category. Judges MAY NOT be parents or
teachers of ANY Paloma students.
- Additional volunteers: All of these volunteers may be parents or teachers of program entrants.
- Publicity and program kick-off (notices, information sessions)
- Preparation of entries for judging and exhibition (entry prep workshop?)
- Awards reception - refreshments, prizes, exhibit prep, set up & clean up
- Preparation and delivery of winning entries to the state PTA
