Animal Connection

I'm a rooster who crows at the crack of dawn,
and a doe who protects her first-born fawn.

I'm a mouse who scurries the day away,
an a gull who enjoys a life by the bay.

I'm a bee and busy with so much to do,
and an ant who is part of a civilized zoo.

I'm a lizard who basks in the noon day sun,
and a kitten with catnip who wants to have fun.

I'm a butterfly who freely left her cocoon,
and a wolf who howls in awe at the moon.

I'm a bunny at times, so shy and sweet,
and then, on occasion I'm a bitch in heat.
