The Division Meetings are currently held on the first Monday of the first month of each quarter. The Division Meetings are where most of the planning and critique takes place. They are not supposed to be a strict business meeting. The Division Meets are held in the second month of each quarter. February-Winter Meet/Clinics, May-Spring Meet/Annual Swap Meet/Annual Business Meeting, August-Summer Meet/Family Picnic, and November-Fall Meet/Contest Blowout.
