Proofreading

My proofreading experience includes work on fiction anthologies, poetry anthologies, non-fiction general interest works, cookbooks, and technical works.

Marketing Copy Writing

I have written marketing copy for non-profit organizations, and at the corporate level for the publication and computer industries.

Website Creation

I have created a number of websites, including writing content for musicians, writers, and non-profit organizations. Additionally, my web-based work includes an Intranet; Web-based Help, Online Help for server-based software, software for use on personal computers, and software for use on handheld devices; and phone support content for the software industry.

Technical Writing

My technical writing experience includes content development and writing of end-user documentation of client/server and Web-based products, training guides, reference manuals, release notes for delivery in both hardcopy and electronic formats, client/server-based and Web-based Online Help content, and Online Help content for use with software on handheld devices, functional specifications for client/server and Web-based products. I have written for a variety of audiences, both technical and non-technical, providing content from high-level overviews to detailed instructional materials.
