Oooooh...SOJU is evil! Last night Morris and I had dinner at a Korean restaurant on El Camino. I didn't catch the name of the restaurant, but there was a big sign outside that read "Korean BBQ". Afterwards, we went to some korean bar around the corner to kick it and digest. The place was pretty empty. We sat down and ordered grape soju. I never had soju before, but heard it has the potential to creep on you. I can see why...it doesn't taste like alcohol at all. I had about six or seven little glasses, and waited for a buzz. Nothing happened, except that my face felt hot. By the time we left, the place filled up....all middle-aged men. Don't they have homes to go to??? This morning I woke up with a "heavy-head". I don't think I'll be drinking that stuff anymore.

Today I got an email from BT: "i like your journal. you wanna know why? ok, i'll tell you anyways. it's real. it's not pretentious. it's not filled with teenage angst. you come across as a happy, well-adjusted person. it's got cute girl pics but not too much cause that'll bring out the sickos faster than a cold pepsi on a hot summer ant farm. 'sides, you've got this one sicko here and that's all you need. your site is a reaffirmation that all is well with america. without it the republic will crumble! your open with your feelings and your life, or at least the parts that should be on a public website...." He must be trying to earn brownie points. hehehehe....well, it works! Thanks, dude!!! This is coming from someone who expresses himself with lilting sonnets that feel like the calm of a deep dark ocean, while creatures on wings soar above in melodious rhythms of a heartbeat. Shhhhh....it's my attempt to connect with him. He must be saying, "HUH?!" Oh well, I tried. =)
