This is Brownie here. I'm honored that you wish to interview me.

I'm so happy to meows ... err ... woof ... err ... I'm really glad you're here, Brownie.
You've been very active on the pet internet. Over the years you've been in oodles of parties and events and shows -
both your own parties and other pet parties and events.
I think everyone knows you.
Brownie
I can thank my meowmie for that because she has lots of pictures of me and is glad to share them.
I'm great at posing for pictures and will wear anything meowmie wants me to and stay put as long as she says.
I always know when the picture is done.
I even recognize the flash on the camera when it goes off
and get all excited and jump up. I love doing videos, too. They're fun.
I always get excited whenever we do any kind of pictures, still or moving.

You've been in recent events Jessie and I have done. It's great being able to count on you
to send in a super entry.

Tell us about your sisfurs and brofurs please.
 Angel and Brownie

Brownie I get along very well with Angel, the other dog in our house. I was great friends with Newman while he was here. But I love Angel. She's a lot of fun, being a puppy still. Her desire to run and play with me has given me a new lease on life. This old dog enjoys the fun, although I can't run as well as I used to. Arthritis has begun to set into my legs and I have some trouble walking, never mind running. But Angel has revived my interest in play. |

How about the cats?
Brownie
I get along fine with the cats, but some of them don't like me.
I think it's just because I'm a dog. But I like all of them. I think they're sweet.
I will sniff them when they come near. I don't hurt them. And I don't play rough with them or anything like that.
Here's a good picture taken a few years ago. I love all of them and miss those who are at the Bridge.

Brownie, I think you're one of the best dogs I've ever known.
I could happily live with you. You get along with everyone.
Brownie
I was taught well by my meowmie - manners and tricks too.
I know how to speak on command, how to shake hands with you by giving you my paw,
how to sit, come, lay down, and walk properly at heel on a leash, and how to fetch a ball or a frisbee.
I never jumped up for frisbees. That's too much hard work. But I will chase one and bring it back to you.

You don't seem old to me, Brownie. You're very vital and interested in life.
Brownie
I'm sure not a youngster, Freya. I was born Nov. 27th, 1996. I am a purebred labrador retriever so
I have AKC registration papers and a pedigree.
My registered name is Merrie Fudge Brownie.
Maybe not all that impressive to most folks, but I'm proud of it.
Freya
Well, Brownie, I'm very impressed by yur petigree. You've got class and style.
Should I just call you Brownie - or Merrie Fudge Brownie?

Hahaha - please, just Brownie.
I'm a very laid back, lazy kind of a dog, especially as I'm getting older.
I like to lay around and sleep a lot.
But if my meowmie is doing anything, I like to follow her all around the house and be with her wherever she is.
I sleep at the foot of her bed at night ... err ... on the floor, not on the bed itself.
I love my meowmie very much.

Why don't you sleep on the bed with your meowmie?
Brownie
I've gotten heavier with age. In fact you could say I'm kinda fat.
I think I'm too heavy to get up there. Freya, I admit that I like to eat.
I also get excited when pizza gets delivered. I love to eat!
And meowmie always gives me the crusts. So I enjoy when it comes.
I don't play much with chew toys any more now at my age.
But I do enjoy a good chew bone treat. I will eat those right up fast. I don't know what else to tell you about me.
