Welcome! Val and I have just came home from our trip to Cumberland Wisconsin.  It was a nice trip for the both of us.  Val spent a lot of well needed time with her family, while Jim cooked a Very large meal, something he loves to do. The turkey turned out with some of the best breast meat I have ever had. I saw the recipe on the food network Webster. I saw it done on the ' Good Eats' show hosted by Alton Brown. My stuffing was to dry do to the fact I forgot to add one more cup of broth to it. Val's and Lynette made some real good gravy that helped the stuffing out. I made a lot of bars for everyone to eat, but most did not not like the sweet frosting, I should have listened to my mom and and made cream-cheese frosting on some, and no frosting on others.  Moms mince meat pie came out like I remembered it form my childhood.
