Residents of the Paradise Village Apartments celebrated their
community's grand re-opening today. The apartment community in the
Palomino neighborhood is one of four that the city purchased last
year. Before the city bought and renovated the property, it was in
disrepair. Paradise Village is totally leased, but there are
vacancies in the other newly renovated units.
