PHOENIX PARKS HOSTS CLINICS, SEMINAR ON GETTING SENIORS ACTIVE
The Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department is offering a series of
recreational clinics this fall for seniors wanting to begin or
maintain an active, healthy lifestyle. Seniors also can attend a
seminar on sports, arthritis and pain management. The programs are
open to all adults age 50 or over.
