Teens hit the slopes for spring break



TEMPE, Ariz. - Ready, set, ski. The annual spring break trip to Sunrise Ski
Resort, sponsored by the Escalante Community Center's Teen Club Rio, will be
held from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. on March 15. The Escalante Community Center is
located at 2150 E. Orange St.



Teen Club Rio was created in order to promote social interaction among teens
and provide them with the opportunity to take part in fun, educational,
low-cost activities.



A $25 fee will include transportation, ski or snowboard rental, one hour of
instruction and an all day lift ticket. Teens aged 13 to 18 are eligible to
participate. Chaperones will be provided.



Early registration is encouraged due to limited space. For registration and
