Here is some information about it found on the web site:
This is a true piece of sports history. One of those items that you can truely look at and say - "Wow!" This is Jack Blott's actual letter jacket from his days at the University of Michigan as an all-american football and baseball player. During his days in Ann Arbor in the early 20's - Blott he was a star center on the football field as well as a star baseball player. He later went on to play for the Cincinnati Reds and then quickly returned to Ann Arbor to be part of Michigan's athletic staff where he stayed for over ten years. This is his actual letter jacket from the early 1920's - so it is naturally a little weathered. However, it is a one-of-a-kind piece of sports memorabilia. It is for the true collector and the true lover of sports history.
In an e-mail, the seller also said:
We rec'd it through a reliable dealer. the jacket itself is made out of a knit material - not used any longer re: letter jackets. The tag is unreadable due to age - however, you can see his name embroidered into the jacket. it comes with a certificate of authenticity. Blott played on the football team 2 seasons - 1922 and 1923. He played on the baseball team 1922, 23, and 24.
