  New Orleans...  

I caught up with Kevin Greene
at the RAMS hotel on Dec 30, 1990
in New Orleans, the night before
their last regular season game. 
The Saints won, pushing them into
the playoffs for the 1st time and
Bourbon Street ROCKED!While it always
hurts to lose a game, this one was
meaningless for us,and it made New
Years Eve a night to remember!

Violet and I hold my RAMS blanket while
parading with the RAMS Booster Club on
Bourbon Street, one or two nights before
the big game. We had a great time staying
in the French Quarter: awesome food, nice
people, great hotel (Monteleone Hotel),
equally great music and drinks... and the
nicest cops riding around on horses making
sure everybody stayed safe.

The RAMS Booster Club holds a parade for the
RAMS in the French Quarter.(Dale, are you sure
it isn't you in the front with the horn?). This
was a really fun group of people and I really
enjoyed belonging to this club... going to the
pre-season lunches with the players, parking in
the Booster Club lot at Anaheim Stadium (pre-game
tailgaiting parties) ... BEFORE Georgia moved the
RAMS to St. Louis & messed with my life LOL
