RATES AND RENTAL TERMS

Rates:

• $200 per night Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays.
• $150 per night all other days.
• Inquire for weekly rate.
• $75-$125 non-refundable cleaning fee.
• $350 refundable security deposit

 Booking:

• Email or phone with requested dates.
• Submit signed rental agreement (will be emailed to you) and deposit (one night + cleaning fee + security deposit) upon reservation.
• Balance due four weeks prior to rental date.
• Checks, money orders, PayPal accepted.

Refunds:

• Cancellations more than four weeks prior to start of rental period will result in full refund less $100 service charge.
• Cancellations four weeks or less than the start of rental period will result in full refund less $300 service charge.

Terms:

• Maximum occupancy is six persons, including adults and children over two (call for exceptions).
• No pets.
• No smoking.
• Security deposit fully refundable if property is left clean and undamaged, and keys are returned.
• Local phone calls free, calling card required for long distance.  Verizon is only complete cell provider with complete coverage.
• Dishes should be put away after rental period, house and yard left orderly, fridge emptied of perishable items.
• Towels and linen are provided.  Bed sheets should be stripped upon check out.
