I've had three opportunities to have your employees in my home over the past couple of years; all on American Home Shield service calls. In each instance they proved to be courteous, professional, and very competent in the work they performed. They were respectful of my time, clean, weren't too nosy, and answered my questions- educating me on my equipment. Your scheduler worked with me and met my needs. She kept me informed and developed a good working relationship that actually helped get the right tech to the job. These are rare enough qualities when demonstrated by one or two employees, let alone in such a consistent manner. I'm not easily impressed but you've done it. When I go looking for someone to replace my propane furnace with a high-efficiency heat pump in a couple of years- you'll be my first choice.

I'm not sure what you're doing to get and keep such a great staff but you should continue it...

installed a furnace and air conditioner for me on October 5, 1996.  Installed

was a Heil Gas Furnace (DV90), 48" upflow direct vent high effiency natural

gas furnace. This furnace has given us outstanding performance. Our heating

cost has been reduced considerably over our old furnace. In addition, we had

an 1-1/2 ton Heil high efficiency 5000 air conditioner installed. This unit

has given us cooling at a very low cost over the last 3 years. These unit

has been maintenance free for the past 3 years, and I am looking forward to

many years of efficient heating and cooling.

When I needed to replace my old dual zone heat pump system, I was frustrated with the high cost estimates and the high pressure tactics from the Carrier and Lennox dealers in the area.  It just didn't make sense that a replacement job would cost so much.  The costs were so high, I was considering a Florida heat pump system. Then a friend suggested I contact Pioneer Refrigeration. Tony was a breath of fresh air !  He did a wonderful job at the cost I expected.  I saved about $3,000 ! I have told others about Pioneer Refrigeration, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
