I hear from my "Insider" Washington contacts that something really special is being developed. A by-partisan committee is reported to be working on a new societal system that will help tremendously in caring for our future needs. Here are some preliminary highlights.
We desperately need to reduce our total governmental expenses. Our national budget can never be balanced without drastic changes. A step in that direction:
First, we must declare unlawful our multi class society and announce the establishment of only two classes. Everyone will be classified as either RECEIVERS or CONTRIBUTORS. No more upper class, middle class or lower class allowed. This is important because the entire nation must revolve around these two classes.
To both reduce payments from government and ensure the best possible benefits for the RECEIVER class, a RECEIVER supply system is being planned. It will establish special outlets for all their shopping needs. RECEIVER outlets will supply EVERYTHING at half price including clothing, autos (and gas), food, drugs, TV's, cable, phone service, computers (w/on line service) and even weekly beauty salon visits will be provided to qualified RECEIVERS.
CONTRIBUTORS will continue shopping where they now shop.
Who qualifies to become a RECEIVER?
a) Physically and mentally handicapped.
b) Anyone not working full time.
c) Unfortunate mothers who have a family and have been abandoned by a father who refuses to support them.
d) Unwed mothers, including those who began having babies while teenagers and never married.
e) Retirees who spent all their earnings and saved nothing for retirement.
f) "Non" income tax payers, who earn less than required to pay income taxes including those receiving government checks called EARNED INCOME TAX CREDITS.
g) Anyone receiving welfare checks.
h) Anyone receiving food stamps.
i) Anyone who receives subsidies from any governmental agency.
j) Ilpermanent residents who work "off the books" and pay no income taxes.
k) Anyone receiving free medical services including ilpermanent residents.
l) Anyone else who might fall into the "unfortunate" category subject to approval by local social welfare services.
As stated above, prices will be 50% less in RECEIVER stores so who pays the difference? Very simply, those who earn enough to pay income taxes will pick up the shortfall, the CONTRIBUTORS.
One more thing, manufacturers will be required to sell their goods to RECEIVER outlets for 50% less than what they sell to REGULAR outlets. If manufacturers cannot survive under those circumstances they can either increase their prices to the REGULAR outlets or they can declare bankruptcy. There is no room for anyone in this society who cannot find a way to fit into this program.
Suggestion: if someone is currently earning too much to qualify perhaps they will want to re-examine their situation and make plans to reduce their income. That way they can become a RECEIVER. Perhaps they can go "OFF THE BOOKS" or start a small service business where they may be able to find a way to hide their income. Or maybe they could manage to get fired from their current job. They could then go on unemployment (or welfare) and qualify.
This two-class plan will insure that all goods and services are available to EVERYONE, which serves to make everyone more equal. Isn't that what is desired in a Socialist society?
Who will pay the bills when a large majority eventually manages to qualify? That hasn't been worked out yet but we'll keep you informed as the plan develops. Surely they will think of something. You can bet the CONTRIBUTORS will be at the forefront of any solution. Who else?
