Small Group Ministry

(Our Small Group Ministries are a part of PoP's Nurturing Ministry. Click here to learn more.)

Why "Small Groups"?
Small groups help people to connect with one another. In our world today, people are searching for a sense of community—a place where they belong, a place where “everybody knows your name.”

Small groups help people to build significant relationships.

  • They are places where sharing and caring can take place.

  • Small groups at Prince of Peace help people nurture and flourish in their relationship with God.

  • A connection with our caring Lord can be nourished and experienced through relationships with brothers and sisters in Christ.

  • Small groups provide real and effective opportunities for people to be first introduced to the love of God in Christ Jesus. Small groups are a great place to welcome those who are new to the community of faith.

PoP’s Small Group Ministry is designed to afford people the opportunity to meet for fellowship, service, and study (i.e. spiritual growth), and to offer a spirit of community within the larger Prince of Peace family.

Due to the dynamic nature of this ministry, new groups spring up periodically, and other groups restructure. Because of this, information about groups, their meeting times and locations can change. For the most up-to-date information, please contact the church office (703.451.5855). We can help direct you to the small group that is just the right fit for you.
