Per researcher "Tandy Walker's mother's name was Nancy, and his stepfather's last name was Spivey.

Someone did a look up for me online for the 1830 census for Moore County, North Carolina and gave me the following information:

One Tandy Walker indexed in 1830 North Carolina: 1830 Moore County, North Carolina - age 44 Tandy Walker - 1 male 15-20, 1 male 60-70 - 1 female 50-60. There were no Camerons who were what I would consider being "nearby" since each page contains approximately 23-25 family heads. The closest one was this one on page 453: 1830 Moore County, North Carolina Philip Cameron 1 male 15-20, 1 male 40-50 - 1 female 15-20, 1 female 30-40.

My Tandy was born in 1837, perhaps this could have been his dad.?

Notes for LORENA CAMERON:

The information on Lorena's parents was a copy of a page that was found in Aunt Lilian's effects after she had passed away (according to the tree sent to my mother by Henry Welte). (Aunt Lillian apparently was Rena Walker Welte's aunt). A note on the bottom of the page, stated grandma's death not recorded, but it was before we were all born, in the Tandy and Lorena Walker Family. This is a record of Grandma Lorena (Cameron) Walker's father, mother, brothers, and sisters.
