American Legion Post 48 in Phoebus has one of the most reasonably priced venues available for rent on the Peninsula. If anyone is seriously interested in a first class facility in which to hold their next function, we strongly encourage them to call and arrange a tour. We promise that once you've seen what we have to offer, you will not be disappointed. Our facility is available to rent to just about any individual, business or group.

Our spacious 2,632 sq. ft. Ballroom can be arranged to meet just about any function. The Ball Room includes a 160 sq. ft. stage area, a spacious 320 sq. Ft. dance floor and the ambiance that you’re looking for. Also included with the rental is a kitchen facility that is available to your own caterer. You provide your own pre-prepared catered food the entertainment and we provide the venue. We will provide the table and chairs that the renter arranges to meet their own intended function. The renter is responsible for their own setup and breakdown of the facility.

Rental Rates:

1. Full Day Ballroom Rental: $800.00 + $250 security deposit*.
   

2. Full Day Meeting Room Rental: $350.00 + $250.00 security deposit*.
   

3. Rental of Both Area’s Above for The Same Day: $950.00 + deposit.

*Please Note: The renter must return the facility in a clean and satisfactory condition after each rental. That includes all cleanup and trash removal from their rented portion of the building. The renter will be held liable for any and all damaged and/or missing property. The renter will also be held liable for the actions of any and all guest.
