Litigation
Mr. Cox has many years’
experience in civil litigation, trial work and adversarial administrative
proceedings, as well as in high-profile appellate litigation. He was on the trial team in an historic
telecommunications antitrust case. He
has represented clients before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of
Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in important administrative law
cases.
Mr. Cox also supports clients
and their litigation counsel in two respects.
In managing client’s participation in government
investigations, especially those involving transportation accidents, he
also protects clients’ litigation interests.
Mr. Cox also has successfully obtained crucial information from government
sources that failed to surface in the traditional civil discovery process.
Litigation clients have
included telecommunications companies, biotech firms, and property/casualty
insurance carriers.
