- Community has 101 units, and most owners come from the North Central US, with others from the states of WA, CA, CO, NY, and Canada.
- A large, heated swimming pool, spa, ‘sun worshiping’ area, and Ramada, highlights the large center court, with grass landscaping throughout the entire complex.
- The complex is made up of three floor plans; two bedroom-two bath units with 1,150 square feet and 1,260 square feet; single story, double story and a few two-story townhouse units with up to 2,000 square feet; all have at least a car port, with some converted to single stall and two stall garages.

- The Association Board is very diligent in their management of the complex, and has managed the finances in what is believed to be a sound manner.
