1. The pool and spa will be open for use from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm daily unless otherwise indicated.

2. Earlier use is permitted if not noisy, however absolutely no use permitted after 10:00 pm without special permission from the Board_.

3. There is no-lifeguard on duty; persons swim at their own risk. Absolutely NO diving or running allowed.

4. Local guests are limited to twice a month pool privileges and must be accompanied by a qualified resident at all times.

POSITIVELY no glass containers of any kind will be permitted in the pool area and plastic or unbreakable containers must be used.

5. No rafts in pool if they interfere in any way with other swimmers. Water-wings are excluded from this rule.

6. Proper swimming attire will be required at all times of all persons. Examples: Cut-off jeans cannot be worn in the pool and spa and no diapered children permitted in pool area.

7. REMOVE ALL SUNTAN LOTIONS AND OILS BEFORE ENTERING POOLS. Restrooms are equipped with showers and soap must be used as necessary.

8. Children (age 14 and under) MUST be supervised by an adult in the pool area.

9. No persons under 16 years of age are permitted in the Jacuzzi - Board Regulation.

10. POSITIVELY no pets allowed in the pool area at any time.

11. No resident (homeowner or renter) may use pool area for private party with more than 8 persons without permission from the Board of Directors. Residents will not be excluded from the pool even when permission has been given for a private party.

12. Every effort will be made to maintain pool temperature at 86 degrees and the Jacuzzi at 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
