For
domestic orders of either of my books, please send me a
written request,
including your name and mailing address, and a valid check or U.S. Postal Money
Order for $18 dollars (US$) per book ordered. This includes the shipping and handling.
Please do not send cash!
For international orders, please send an email or mail request with your name, full mailing
address, and quantity of books desired. I will then notify you of the cost of the
order, including shipping and handling. Payment can be made either by a check
drawn on a U.S. banking institution or by a money order redeemable at either a
U.S. banking institution or U.S. Post Office.
In either situation, I'll gladly ship your book order within 7-10 working days from the receipt and validation of your payment.
All
checks or money orders should be made out to David L. Henkel and sent to the
above address.
