Your Pro V8 Chassis

With more the rugged appearance of a Shelby Cobra undercarriage than the foundation for a VeeDub, this 94 1/2" wheelbase chassis features 2" x 3" rectangular steel tubing, with 2" x 2" outriggers for securing your Pro V8 body and superstructure/rollcage.  Body mounting tabs are welded into place.  It's designed to accept the Pro V8 body with widened fenders, or your original VW Steel body, facilitating your use of up to 15" x 10" wheels.

a complete set of easy-for-you-to-follow detailed drawings with all dimensions and a complete materials list.  $125 + $5 shipping.

Stage I chassis kit*

is designed for the budget-conscious do-it-yourselfer equipped with a welder.  All framepieces are precision cut for your ease of assembly and welding.  Also included is a Ford Mustang II front crossmember with custom shock towers.  Your Stage I kit is shipped to you via UPS with a full set of blueprints.  Email us for a quote.

Stage II chassis kit*

in the Stage II kit, the framepieces are pre-welded on our jig.  Must be shipped by motor freight.  Email us for a quote

Stage III chassis kit

in the Stage III kit includes a complete Mustang II front-end with rack-and-pinion steering and front disc brakes.  Rear suspension (housing not included) includes traction bars and coil-over shocks.  All mounting brackets and hardware is included.  Email us for a quote
