Nancy Abbott LDA Manager

Please welcome our new LDA Manager, Nancy Abbott. Nancy was born in Technically Vinita, Oklahoma, but she grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. Nancy has 10 years previous experience in Contracts /Purchasing, 3 years previous experience in Land Project Management. Also, she previously worked in the manufacturing industry, and 6 years for Motorola on missiles and guidance systems.

Nancy had previously worked with Pulte/ Del Webb from 1996-2005 in the Land Department. She was recruited back to NIE and she is excited to rejoin the Team!!

In her free time Nancy enjoys boating, camping and RV’ing, and
reading.

Daniel Stirn Sales Assistant

Please welcome Daniel Stirn, our new Sales Assistant at Sun City Shadow Hills. Danie was born in Cor d’Alene Idaho. He just recently moved from Hawaii to join our Pulte family. Daniel spent 4 years in the Marine Corps. He was recruited to Pulte by Francine Wallace!!

In his free time Daniel enjoys riding quad’s, fly fishing, snorkeling, water sports and hiking.
