1/18/2007. Both in their 90's and just moved here from El Paso, Texas. Did
not have homeowner's insurance and were burglarized on Thursday night
while they were out for the evening. Burglars originally tried to break in
by kicking the man door handle off. The deadbolt made that entry attempt
unsuccessful, so they kicked in the entire back slider. The burglars
turned the homeowner’s entire belongings upside down and made off with an
undisclosed amount of valuables including the homeowner's bank checkbook.
She notified me on Friday morning and when I arrived she was still very
upset. Her son had arrived and was asking me to contact the window company
and he would pay for a new slider. We spoke about the weather being in the
30's at night and that they would have to get a slider installed ASAP.
After speaking to Mark and Sean about the situation, they decided to grab
one out of production to expedite the process. I showed up at the house
and expressed my concern for their unfortunate situation. We let them know
that we would cover the cost of the replacement slider. Our team showed
up, along with CSM, to help clean up the broken glass and reinstall a new
slider. I spoke to Guy Evans and Jeremy has agreed to have they door
repaired as well. I am personally proud of our entire Cypress Team and
trade partners for stepping up to the plate and " Doing the Right Thing "
for our homeowners!! Their sons comment as we were leaving was, "I wish
the new home I just bought was a Pulte Home"

Top Gun
would like to thank the entire Cypress Pointe team for all their efforts
with the BBQ on Saturday. It showed what TEAMWORK and Camaraderie is all
about!
A big SHOUT-OUT to the entire team, Ed, Preston,
Cristina, Larry, Dan, Mark, Sean, Allie, and Francisco with CSM. A BIG
thanks to our great sales team Erick, Michelle, Brian and Shig.
The excitement from our Homeowners, their kids, future
homeowners, and folks just looking at our homes was awesome.
The jumper was full all day, the caricature line was
never ending, the excitement from the raffles, all of the JD power
drawings. Great food cooked by Mark, Sean and BK on the grill…Mark also
plays bongos……a little messy huh Mark? I still can't see out of my sun
glasses. We all had a great time sharing with our homeowners and for me,
meeting them was exciting too.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU all for your awesome
efforts and TEAMWORK up here and your continued dedication to our
homeowners and each other.

I really appreciate you stepping-up to put the
finishing touch on our wonderful community for our friends from around the
company. SCSH looked absolutely incredible!!!
