Meeting opened by president at 7:08 PM by Rob Alexander in Greg Anderson’s absence

Secretary read minutes of last meeting

Minutes were accepted after a small modification was made to the bank balance

Treasurer report

Apr Tip basket $28.00 and 50/50 was $38, paid out 15.50 to winner

$30 was paid to Steve and Johns for the room.

$50 paid to VPCCC for Fall classic Air Cooled award

Ending Balance of $364.26

New Business

Rob Discussed having another tech session at someone’s house. No takers volunteered so no further actions were taken. Maybe we need to wait a month or two.

It was brought up maybe we could do something during the meeting so a suggestion was made to bring brake products to the next meeting for discussion

Old Business

4^Th of July was discussed and it appears we’ll be having about 10 cars in the parade.

Arrangements were made for the Chippokes event. We’ll be meeting at Patriot Square shopping center at 0800 the morning of June 12^th.

The Tech Session at Bill Sorrell’s house went well. Had 10 present and all seemed to have picked up something from the days events

Open forum

Bill Sorrell brought up the idea of looking into getting club t-shirts. Several suggestions

were made for suppliers. He will look into it and bring it up later

Mike discussed working on a type 3 engine and noticed the case bolts had come loose,

he suggested everyone check their case bolts

Took in $20 for 50/50 and $21 for the tip basket

Matt Hagist won the 50/50 and received $10.00
