This site was created to help the residents of Parkwood Ranch stay informed as to events, happenings, and concerns in their neighborhood.  Parkwood Ranch is located in Mesa, just North of US 60 near Signal Butte and Crismon roads.  Parkwood has over 1,400 homes within the community.  This site is maintained by the Homeowner’s Association Board of Directors, and primarily reflects their opinions (more specifically the President, who edits the content of this site).  Parkwood has special committees assigned to Architectural Improvements, Landscaping and Common Areas, and the Social Committee.  These committees are open to residents of Parkwood to be members of, and the Board encourages residents to get involved with their community.  Our main Parkwood Board meeting is the Fourth Monday of each month at 7:30 PM either in the meeting room of Paradise Bakery (just south of us at Signal Butte and Baseline) or at Patterson  Elementary School in the Library, and is open to the public.  Patterson Elementary is located within our community.  Right now we are rotating locations each month.
