I am pleased to announce that I am now teaching my classes, free of charge, at CareNet-Rhode Island, in Cranston. CareNet is a crisis pregnancy center dedicated to supporting women from all walks of life.

Most women approach labor and birth with a combination of excitement and fear.  That is why childbirth classes are so important! A class that teaches the physical and emotional aspects of labor can help you feel more confident about your ability to handle labor. You can learn to relax and trust your body. You can feel prepared for a safe and satisfying birth.
