Colonial Parkway - Yorktown to Jamestown
(and back)
OK, you've been cycling EVERY week, and getting faster and stronger each ride, RIGHT! This one is a great long ride, starting with the beautiful scenery of Yorktown waterfront alongside the York River. We'll roll up to Williamsburg, and maybe take a stroll down DOG (Duke of Gloucester) Street. Then saddle up again for the stretch to Jamestown as we roll along the James River.
We'll probably have a good tailwind somewhere along this ride. HOWEVER, since we'll be riding OUT and then BACK, chances are we'll probably have a bit of HEADWIND to cancel out the tailwind. It's still a beautiful ride though.
