Note: Northern Region dual high school swim meets may start at either 6:30 p.m. or 8:30 p.m. Click here for the Northern Region Swim Meet Schedule. For the 2003-2004 swim season, all of Robinson’s meets are scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. For planning purposes, expect some of the dual meets to begin at 8:30 p.m. in subsequent years.

Swim/Dive Practices

Swim and dive practices will be held Monday through Thursday throughout the swim season beginning Monday, November 15, 2004, and ending Thursday, February 10, 2005, except during school holidays (see list below). Swimmers/divers who train regularly with a swim/dive club must participate in one practice a week. Those not training with a club must participate in a minimum of three water practices a week, plus attend the team meeting. Click here for lettering requirements.

Swim Practice Hours: 3:15 p.m. – 4:15 p.m.

Dive Practice Hours: 4:15 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Location: South Run RECenter

Practices will not be held on the following dates:

Thursday and Friday of the Thanksgiving Holiday
Martin Luther King’s Birthday Holiday

Note: There will be practice during the Winter holidays.

Team Meetings

Team meetings will be held in the gold cafeteria each Friday afternoon preceding a Friday evening dual meet. The meetings last for about 30 to 45 minutes beginning at 2:30 p.m. and include a meal – pizza, subs, or pasta, etc. Since Robinson’s meets start at 6:30 p.m. this year and can run as late as 9:30 p.m., swimmers/divers may wish to bring a snack to supplement the team meal. All swimmers should bring a water bottle to stay hydrated before and during the meet.
