I built the Spyder (Corvair) powered T during my college days. This full fendered version
is how the car appeared when I took it to the Street Rod Nationals in Detroit, in 1972. At the
nationals Tex Smith picked it to be shot for a feature in Rod Action Magazine . . . it ended up
in the May 1974 issue of the magazine.
I rebuilt the Spyder (Corvair) powered T just before going off to Graduate School. This full fender version
is how the car appeared when I took it to the Street Rod Nationals in St. Paul, in 1990.
In the late '90's I again tore the Roadster down to modify the frame, so that I could sit
low enough to be out of the wind and do some RnR on the drivetrain.
