Resolutions for large or small companies at a fraction of the cost.

Businesslink International – BLI depends on information technology to run it’s broadcast faxing operations.  As a growing company, it needed a way to expand without incurring additional costs. The existing system could not accomplish this.   Ted Reall and BLI’s owner designed a component-based system to handle the millions of records that are processed daily.  As a particular component became over-loaded, more ‘power’ could be dedicated to the bottleneck to insure the system flowed properly.  Revenues at BLI have more than tripled with minimal additional costs.

Bank of America – Fleet Bank (Now Bank of America) needed a loan system with rapid turnaround for small business loans.  The system in place ‘hung’ for 45 minutes while reaching a decision on every new loan.  Once the decision was made, it wasn’t clear what the parameters were.  The new system parameters consisted of variables that could be updated regularly by the administrators.  It also reduced the loan decision time from 45 minutes to less than 10 seconds.  Fleet Bank soon expanded its small business operations and become the #1 SBA lender in the country.

Citizens Bank – An accounting system was unusable for over ˝ of each day because of system overload. Citizens would need to solve this bottleneck or get a replacement system costing over 1 million dollars.  After some analysis and updates, the bottleneck was removed without degradation of features.  Several years later, the system is still in use.
