When asked this question recently in a recent interview, Ted Reall, owner of Reall World Systems described it best: “We make a large effort to understand our customer’s business before writing a single line of code. Writing the solution is the easy part once you know exactly what to do. This formula has been proven over and over again. Secondly, In most projects, personal human relationships are formed. If something went wrong, it would be like the feeling you get if you’ve disappointed a family member. It just couldn’t happen. The project is not considered complete until the customer is 100% satisfied and then some. ”
