A few years ago I had a real nice Key Chain Knife. Had is the "word", it is lost forever, I think I left it in the room in Las Vegas. I have looked and looked for a replacement with no luck. The closes key chain knife I could find was a knife 2-3/4 inch long (closed) and it was made in China ??? It was NOT Quality and cost way too much. The major manufacturers are just not interested in these small knifes. Through a friend through a friend of a friend I was hooked up with a small family knife maker in Pakistan. Pakistan ?,,, well it's better than China. I looked at the product and it was better quality than any of the novelty keychain knives I reviewed , in fact they are very good quality ! Each Knife is hand made and hand fitted. No 2 knives are the same, every knife has it's own personality !
There are 4 major color groups the knives come in ; Blackish , reddish/greenish, greenish/ brownish, and like a brownish grain. All have Stainless blades and seem very sturdy. Don't ask for 2 knives the same even the brass work is slightly different. All knives measure about 2 1/4 folded and about 4 inches open "just a perfect size" ! The mans family that made these in Pakistan is something like Maduoo A'daboo or something like that. I don't know if I can get any more.

If the above knives are a bit much then here are some "Made in China" variety. They a quit a bit better than novelty knives. But not the price of a Gerber or Case, in fact about the Tax on one of those knives ! The good quality of this knife is the blade really locks open. In fact a little sissy boy or an extra wimpy female may cuss just a bit getting it to release.

Stainless Blade+ Aircraft Aluminum frame , no plastic, nice rubber inserts so you can get a good grip. The belt clip is removable "with common tools". This thing is assembled with hardware that allows it to be disassembled and tuned up if you like screwing with this stuff. This is not fancy, it is very utility ! It just cries "take me out and beat me" !
Blade 2-3/4, overall 6", folded 3-1/2.
