Red Dot installation guide.

       1. Park you car in the garage at its desired location

        2. Locate and mark a spot on the garage's ceiling about 24” in front of the windshield.

          3. Remove car from the garage so you may freely access the ceiling area.

         4. Mount the Red Dot at the chosen spot on the ceiling with the two supplied screws.

              Use anchors if you have a dry wall ceiling (hollow ceiling).

        5. Connect red and black wires to the garage door opener from list below.

Genie with 3 or 6 terminals	3	2

Chamberlain, Lift master or Sears	3	2

            These are the same two terminals connected to the safety beam.

        6. Park your car at its desired location. Adjust the Red Dot so the red beam lands on the desired spot on the dashboard of

            your car or (any spot that you prefer). If the red beam disappears before you have sufficient time to finish adjusting it, just

           interrupt the safety beam to re-trigger the red beam again.  The Red Dot will be on for a bout 30 seconds every time the

           safety beam is interrupted.
