Mike Reisman assisted us with our property in north Scottsdale. Additionally he took photos for us, handled the repairs, stopped by to receive furniture for us when we could not be there, arranged for the security system to be activated, and personally had some plumbing repairs taken care of. He even patched some drywall and moved some outlets himself. He and his wife lined all our kitchen shelves before we moved in.
Most recently he bought us a larger condominium in Grayhawk through his foreclosure network. He saved us a huge amount of money on the purchase of that, and he personally handled all the remodeling and upgrades for us. Not only were they done perfectly and elegantly, they were completed in a month. Again he was able to bring that in at his cost, so once again, we saved a lot of money. He handled it all for us, so it was ready for us when we arrived in Scottsdale. He goes the extra mile to make the whole experience easy, enjoyable and reassuring for his customers.
He manages and handles the rental of our first property in Scottsdale, so that too will turn out to be a positive investement, and later on in s stronger market, our plan is to have him sell it at a profit for us.
We trust him completely, and we recommend him highly.

May I say this is one of the best investments to make when you look at all the investment vehicles. My family has been in commercial real estate all my life, so we think it is a great way to diversify, especially with a volatile stock and bond market. With the crazy weather in the Gulf coast, this looks like the perfect geographical location to buy. We are going to hold this one for several years and have you start looking for our next property soon.
