Polar F6: Heart Rate Monitor
A heart rate monitor is to activity points what measuring cups and a food scale are to food points; it's accuracy.

I use the 100 calories burned = 1 activity point rule of thumb.
I never found the source of this rule, but I've seen lots of anecdotal evidence that it works, including my own success.
